These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and iuck33 ("iuck33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the iuck33 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through iuck33.com and any associated mobile applications.

iuck33 is an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and sports betting services — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events — to players in Pakistan and internationally. The platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions and integrates locally preferred payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the iuck33 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide to iuck33 is accurate, current, and complete.

Access to and use of the iuck33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. iuck33 strictly prohibits access by minors. iuck33 may at any time request documentary proof of age and will suspend or permanently close accounts where this requirement is not met.
• Legal Jurisdiction: You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming activities in your country or region of residence.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing any wager or making any financial transaction on iuck33.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registered as a problem gambler or be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with iuck33 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or immediate family members of iuck33 and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

iuck33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, with or without prior notice.

To access real-money gaming services on iuck33, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active iuck33 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, CNIC numbers, phone numbers, or payment method details — are strictly prohibited. iuck33 employs automated and manual duplicate detection systems.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: iuck33 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required at any time to submit identity documents (CNIC, passport, utility bill, or bank statement) before processing withdrawals or accessing certain features. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iuck33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify iuck33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Transferability: iuck33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person.

All financial transactions on the iuck33 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by iuck33, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT.
• Only funds originating from payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. iuck33 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• iuck33 does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, credit facilities, or funds obtained through fraudulent means.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• iuck33 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) business days; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider and verification status.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to withdrawal.
• iuck33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 50,000.

iuck33 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your iuck33 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: iuck33 employs fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, or using systematic low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements. iuck33 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings in confirmed cases of abuse.
• Modification or Cancellation: iuck33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the iuck33 platform, including casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and sports betting:

• Game Rules: Each game available on iuck33 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money bets.
• Bet Settlement: All bets on iuck33 are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant game provider or sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, iuck33's records shall be the authoritative source.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault, iuck33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. iuck33 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.
• Cancelled Events: For sports betting, if a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed, bets may be voided and stakes returned at iuck33's discretion in accordance with applicable event-specific rules.
• Obvious Errors: iuck33 reserves the right to correct and void bets placed as a result of obvious pricing or settlement errors, regardless of whether bets have been confirmed and funds credited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iuck33 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one iuck33 account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to defraud iuck33 or other players;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of iuck33 to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Placing bets using stolen payment credentials or fraudulently obtained funds;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward iuck33 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access iuck33's systems, databases, or backend infrastructure without authorisation;
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or account suspensions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

iuck33 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their iuck33 accounts at any time through the account settings panel.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to control the amount of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Personal data collected by iuck33 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, device information, and betting activity logs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iuck33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any iuck33 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any iuck33 software;
• Creating derivative works based on iuck33's proprietary content;
• Using the iuck33 brand, name, or logo without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iuck33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the iuck33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party data or content providers;
• Decisions made by iuck33 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

iuck33's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iuck33 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Closure by Player: You may request closure of your iuck33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12.2 Closure by iuck33: iuck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements;
• Provision of false or misleading account information;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to iuck33 staff, other players, or platform integrity.

Upon closure by iuck33 for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account are subject to forfeiture. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method at iuck33's discretion, subject to applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.

iuck33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, iuck33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the iuck33 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.
